Shipping policy

Processing Time: Once you have placed your order through our online store, you will immediately enter the queue to be made. There are a lot of steps in the process of creating your item, so it may take up to 2 weeks to get it ready. If you need something for a particular date, please contact us before placing the order.

Courier Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be couriered from our warehouse to the destination. Typically, it takes 2 - 3 days. However, if you are rural, please be patient and allow for an additional day for the driver to reach you.

We package your items with extreme care. If somehow your package is damaged during transit, there is no need to stress. Simply contact us via email at hello@gifty.nz, and we will get it sorted.
